The clear, warm waters of the Caribbean are home to an incredible underwater world of pristine coral reefs teeming with a magnificent abundance of colourful marine life. Diving ranges from gentle to exhilarating with a variety of experiences to keep the most avid diver enthralled. Diving around the Caribbean islands where Harlequin’s resorts are situated, offers a variety of opportunities; pretty wall dives, stunning drift dives, reefs teeming with life, mysterious caves and caverns and a selection of wreck dives suitable for all levels of experience.
The Diving & Watersports operator at each resort will be registered with the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI) and each instructor will be a fully qualified PADI dive professional. They will provide divers with service in accordance with PADI standards and will ensure that guests have world class dive training. PADI tuition will be available for first time divers and more advanced courses from Adventure Diver to Dive Master for more experienced divers. All courses include essential equipment hire, tuition and appropriate course materials. To ensure that each diver receives the utmost attention the size of the group classes
will be limited to a maximum of four divers. Guided SCUBA dives will be available for all levels of ability. All diving excursions will be escorted by at least two crew - Dive Master and Boat Master - and include essential equipment hire, surface interval drinks and snacks. |
